Absolutely! Just fill in the card message box on the order form. We include custom made cards with the recipient's name imprinted on the front and your message inside at no additional cost to you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship using UPS Ground Shipping, or USPS Priority Mail. The charges are as follows:
$ 0.00 - $ 15.99 = $ 6.95
$ 16.00 - $ 29.99 = $ 7.95
$ 30.00 - $ 39.99 = $ 8.95
$ 40.00 - $ 49.99 = $ 9.95
$ 50.00 - $ 59.99 = $10.95
$ 60.00 - $ 74.99 = $11.95
$ 75.00 - $ 89.99 = $12.95
$ 90.00 - $ 99.99 = $13.95
$100.00 - + = $14.95
All gifts are shipped the same day ordered unless the order is received after 2 pm East Coast time, then it is shipped the following morning.
Our Cookie Bouquets are baked fresh daily and ship the same day if orders are received before 12 noon East Coast Time. After that time, they ship the following day. Because we want the cookies to be received fresh, they require special shipping which you may select when ordering. The charges for the Cookie Bouquet shipping are as follows:
3 Business Days = $15
2 Business Days = $20
Overnight Next Business Day = $30

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE? We use USPS Priority Mail for West Coast deliveries. These generally arrive in 2 days. UPS Ground Delivery for other areas usually arrives in 2 - 3 business days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If a Saturday delivery is needed, we will use USPS. These times are approximate and not guaranteed.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AT THE TIME I ORDER? A Basket Case, Inc. will substitute with an item of equal or greater value and similar in nature without
compromising the design and quality of the basket. We do not ship chocolates June - September, but will substitute other candy items that will withstand heat in shipping.
